Description

-Serves as main point of contact with the customer while the aircraft is in our shop. Coordinates with the service center team to maintain and develop a positive relationship with current and future customers . responsible for responding to customer inquiries and assures customer expectations are met

-Prior to the maintenance visit, review upcoming schedule/service order and customer file and becomes aware of any issues

-Review work scope with customer

-Review warranty programs

-Keeps customer informed of maintenance work, in relation to the accountant status and schedule departure

-Develops quote for additional services, as required

-Review and approve pro forma invoice

-Review work accomplished (debrief) with customer

-Make follow-up call to the customer and update customer response form

-Other occasional tasks in relation to the function

INDEED

Qualifications

-Very good technical knowledge of Cessna and /or Beechcraft products and Hawker

-Good experience in customer relation required

-Bilingual English

-Additional foreign language highly desired

-This person will be the client interface for a number of markets
