This position is responsible for growth and development of TSV Ecommerce platforms by focusing on optimizing the user experience through enhanced functionality and driving improvements in processes and software tools. The Ecommerce Systems Analyst will advocate for site customer, conduct acceptance testing and measure against success criteria and business KPIs. The ideal candidate will also serve as the primary administrator for Ecommerce platforms and CRM within Parts and Accessories.
Manage Apttus and Magneto online stores, including product catalogs, store configuration, inventory status/backorder, and site functionality.
Proactively performs process and systems analysis and make recommendations for improvement that positively impact overall cost, efficiency, or quality.
Perform a variety of complex tasks, such as designing and documenting business process and systems logic.
Measure and report on web metrics to drive conversion.
Support automation development efforts and assesses impact on programs and program operations.
Provide admin support for Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Cloud.
Create and maintain appropriate standard of work documentation and procedures related to administration of the applications and systems.
Passion for ecommerce.
Technologically proficient – ability to learn, understand and work in many different software applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple constituencies requiring attention.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively; possesses sound business judgment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required
1-2 years of comparable work experience in related field.
