International Sales Coordinator- Customer Service- Bilingual
Responsible for order entry functions and customer service associated with the international markets including interacting with customers, territory managers, sales representatives, logistics companies and internal departments. Ability to work independently and with a team in an often fast paced environment. Requires excellent customer service, time management and prioritization skills. Good judgment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail is critical.
Reports to Customer Service Director
Works closely with internal team members as well as country sales managers
International Order Entry
Manage international order entry process in an organized and efficient manner while maintaining open communication with customers.
Order entry; taking into consideration account credit standing, payment terms, and credit limits
Prepare and ensure proper documentation based on country of export
Process international commissions
Performs other administrative related duties and special projects as needed
International Compliance and Documentation
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of international compliance protocols along with generating documentation based on requirements.
Provide support to country sales managers, representatives and customer base
Opportunity and lead management utilizing CRM software
Create quotations using SAP and monitor outcome
Process product demonstration requests and track progress
Work closely with internal departments; purchasing, logistics, compliance
Perform other related duties and special projects as needed
EDUCATION / TRAINING:
Must have an Associate’s degree in business, marketing or related filed; Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-5 years or more of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce or other related CRM software preferred
Experience dealing with customers and/or distributors, ideally in International / Export area
Experience with export documentation, Certificates of Origin, Freight Forwarders, Ocean Freight and LogisticsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Languages; fluent in both English and Spanish required
Strong organizing and time management proficiency to work with multiple projects simultaneously and excellent interpersonal skills required to perform effective sales and customer service functionsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Assigned to an office environment
Uses computer terminal, interfaces with other employees and customers primarily by e-mail, phone or in person
Required to wear safety glasses within the factory environment
