A Day in the Lifeof an Associate Business Analyst:

Bell is seeking an AssociateBusiness Analyst to develop and maintain analysis to support strategic customerservice initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesMay Include :

  • Employee must havegeneral awareness of and give consideration to international business practicesand regulations, with particular regard to pricing and trade policies

  • Develop and maintain asolid understanding of our customers, their businesses, and how they use ourproducts and services.

  • Coordinate with salesteam, customers, Bell finance, and international support centers to developbusiness cases around opportunities on the Customer Advantage Plans

  • Support development of comprehensivefleet support data, using disparate reports from various customers

  • Leverage available toolsto support ad hoc data requests from various CSS organizations. Developnew capabilities and methods as needed.

  • Promote efficientprocesses for data-driven decision making that increase revenue andprofitability for Bell Helicopter

  • Monitor, analyze, andcommunicate trends in the active fleet

Qualifications

EducationRequirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or Software Development strongly preferred.

  • 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA.

MinimumRequirements for an Associate Business Analyst at Bell :

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a team

  • Ability to prioritize a variety of assignments

  • Employee must have general awareness of and give consideration to international business practices and regulations, with particular regard to pricing and trade policies.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and analytical coding languages such as MATLAB, Python, or R. Understands statistical analysis and simulation including regression analysis .

  • Working knowledge of Bell business systems like SAP, CRM, and Enovia preferred.
