TheAssociate Financial Analyst provides support to Bell Helicopter programmanagement, IPT Team Leaders and other team members in relation to Earned ValueManagement (EVM) and Financial Reporting.
Analyzemonthly financial data
Supportand prepare quarterly financial program reviews (include explaining changes toPrice, EACs, R&Os)
Explainfinancial variances to plan or prior forecast
Prepareweekly updates to forecast data and identify risk and opportunity items
Supportand respond to internal and external audit reviews
Ensureintegration and synchronization of cost and schedule EVM data.
Monitor,analyze, and report the earned value of program accomplishments.
Develop,explain, review and track schedules to facilitate program execution.
Workclosely with other functional organizations, as required.
Operatewithin the guidelines of all corporate and government regulations.
Bachelor'sDegree is required.
Accounting,Finance or closely related.
Minimumoverall 3.0 GPA is required.
Stronganalytical skills are required.
Industrialengineering coursework preferred.
Mustbe able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellentcost analysis or cost accounting skills are preferred.
