Building Tech Maintenance-Houston, TX
This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the building and the grounds.
I.Maintains and provides cleaning services to all maintenance hangers.
II.Inspect, maintain, and modify ground equipment used in the support of operations.
III.Maintains the building by performing any repairs necessary (i.e. paint, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, etc.)
IV.Maintains, machinery, and electrical and mechanical.
V.Provide general labor for business requirements.
VI.Replace light bulbs, check and top fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other minor maintenance actions on building, parking area, machines and equipment.
Perform general labor such as moving furniture, supplies and equipment.
Detail clean motor vehicles.
Perform other duties as required and perform work with minimum supervision as directed.
High school education or equivalent is required.
Requires knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in facility maintenance, knowledge of common hand and power tools such as hammers and wrenches, knowledge of processes for providing customer and personal services.
Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects. Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body, arms and/or legs.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relative general maintenance.
