Job Summary:

Our Program Management internships provide students with real world assignments that bring real value to the business and visibility to high-level enterprise leaders, on-the-job and formal training, as well as exposure to and work experience in different aspects of Program Management.

We are looking for a passionate intern to provide program support and work closely with Program managers and Sr. Program Managers. Selected candidates have the opportunity to experience professional growth in a challenging environment and establish a network of peers and mentors. In addition, the participants may gain exposure through assignments such as:

Maintaining the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout with guidance from the Principle/Manager, Program Planning & Scheduling

  • Integrating program activities, including program management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and test through sell-off into the master plan

  • Updating, and maintaining schedule performance metrics, related processes and management tools within the business units, including, but not limited to, critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment

  • Working closely with the Financial Analysts to integrate schedule and cost for baseline, performance and forecast

  • Participating in customer and internal reviews and prepares schedule and CAMs for schedule surveillance/audits

  • Education:

  • Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in a business or engineering field.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher
