About Electronic Systems
Textron Systems Electronic Systems designs and develops test and simulation software and hardware for Electronic Warfare (EW). This includes systems that can be used on the flight line or on the range to simulate enemy radar or missile threats for the purpose of testing aircraft electronics and sensors, or for training the pilot.
Entry Software Engineers for Electronics Systems provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Applications are designed, coded and maintained in various software languages. Candidate engineers should be able to develop, enhance and maintain software code as assigned and will contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects.

Junior, Senior, or graduate student in Computer Science, CIS/MIS, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
GPA 3.2 or higher
Coursework/experience/skills in the following are a plus: major languages (i.e., C#, C , Java), databases (relational, NoSQL), and cloud technologies (HTML5, Storm, node.js, AngularJS)
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Ability to work independently, learn new tasks/handle multiple tasks, solve problems, meet deadlines, and show strong self-motivation and initiative
