Property Analyst

Job Duties:

  • Maintain data integrity between different IT systems: Oracle (ARMS), eQuip, COLTS, Matrix, etc.

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies, trends, etc.

  • Participate in and lead teams of cross-functional employees to identify issues and drive to root cause/corrective action

  • Understand and execute tactical daily functions while identifying and addressing continuous improvement activities

  • Develop and/or revise procedures as applicable in accordance with FAR 52.45-1 requirements

  • Assure inventory accuracy and record integrity

  • Audit physical inventories and monitor all inventory transactions and records

  • Monitor property handling practices throughout the company to assure proper use and care of customer/government property

  • Check shipping documents of customer/government property for completeness and accuracy and/or any other documentation in reference to government furnished equipment

  • Assist internal and external customers with inventory verifications.

  • Maintain Government Property in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements

  • May move material by hand and/or truck and perform other clerical/material handling duties as required

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Able to independently determine approaches to solutions with only general direction

  • Requires basic knowledge of PC software including Microsoft office application, email, internet research (Familiarity with Oracle, COLTS, Matrix, and eQuip preferred)

  • Ability to work and drive change in a team environment

  • Strong organizational, human relations, and problems solving skills

  • Results-driven with focus on delivering internal and external customer satisfaction

  • Ability to initiate, lead, and complete cross-functional continuous improvement projects with limited to no managerial oversight

  • Strong project management/time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience with managing Government Property preferred

  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 standard preferred

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Related training and/or related experience (minimum 2 years)
