The Global Mobility Representative position is responsible for ensuring that field service personnel have completed all Textron Systems, Customer and United States and foreign government requirements for Continental (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental (OCONUS) deployment. Some of these requirements include but are not limited to Common Access Cards (CACs), Army Knowledge and Join Knowledge Online Accounts (AKO/JKOs), Letters of Authorization (LOAs), visas, security clearances, medical requirements, required online training, Individual Anti-Terrorism Plan (IATP),Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System(APACs) submissions, and Automated Export System (AES) Import/Export submissions. This position is responsible for Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) entry and reporting, and government and customer tracking and reporting and is also responsible for operating in multiple government databases including but not limited to SPOT, AES, Foreign Clearance Guide, and our internal Field Service Support Database and Application Xtender Medical Records Database. This position serves as the liaison between Textron Systems and multiple external customers, program offices, medical facilities and the CONUS Replacement Center to ensure deployment and mission readiness according to contractual requirements for all programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, create and execute Textron Systems, Customer, U.S. Government and foreign government requirements for foreign and domestic assignments and deployment of personnel. Requirements include but are not limited to LOAs, visas, work permits, security clearances, medical requirements, required online training, sponsor letters, etc.

  • Pre-assignment and post departure tracking and reporting, including internal personnel location and visa tracking. Provides status updates to program leadership.

  • Advise business on requirements by country and assignment to ensure proper execution on programs. Provide support in obtaining work permit/credentials in short term situations.

  • Develops, conducts and coordinates employee on-boarding ensuring each employee is properly trained in company requirements, expectations, US Government and Foreign government regulations, and travel and expense policies. Advises employees as needed on matters relating to deployment.

  • Participates in continuous improvement projects as required to enhance process, policies and procedures.

  • Ensures compliance with all requirements and regulations, including

  • company policy, and US and foreign government requirements.

  • Liaison between Textron Systems and multiple external customers - foreign governments, embassies, program offices, medical facilities, visa vendors, law firms, Textron companies, and the CONUS Replacement Center to ensure readiness according to requirements and assignments.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

  • At least 3 years global mobility experience

  • Familiarity with government systems is strongly preferred

  • Excellent computer and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in fast pace environment while maintaining composure
