Textron Inventory Clerk in Mesa, Arizona
Under general supervision from the Lead, perform a variety of duties involving aircraft parts, raw materials, shop supply receiving, issuing, handling, and accounting for inventory stock. Might also be responsible for a variety of duties in material handling, pulling parts from production runs, or pull sheets generated by inventory system.
Pull aircraft parts and deliver to shop floor for active jobs and upcoming work requirements in production flow.
Inventory Cycle counts and inventory audits.
Rectify inventory variances.
Confirms that delivered goods match purchase orders specifications of quantity, condition, part number and serial number.
Conducts daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and weekly audit quota.
Organize & maintain inventory locations for efficient material storage and handling.
Efficiently pick customer & Facilities orders, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is delivered.
Pull, deliver, receive, reserve, and issue aircraft parts.
Manage multiple flow lanes.
Manage Kit inventory levels.
Propose process improvements.
Organize & maintain inventory locations.
Accounting for inventory stock.
Trainer for Kitting, production runs, kit management, & kit inventory replenishment levels.
High School Education or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of inventory experience required.
Ability to walk 10 miles per day & spend 9 hours on feet.
Ability to problem solve inventory variances, Research PO discrepancies and transactions.
Ability to meet 95% Receiving and Inventory accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to identify run-ready issues and implement solutions with direction.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Positive Energy when taking assigned tasks.
Owning the work and improvements.
