JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Analyst will have twomain responsibilities within the ISC organization. The responsibility formetrics and facilitating and preparing proposals response for the IntegratedSupply Chain (ISC) organization. Defining and managing the process for theteam, reviewing proposals or contracts, defining a plan/schedule for inputs,manage the required deliverables for the ISC team to meet proposal schedules,and consolidate estimates for summarization reviews and validating the bases ofestimates. Develop and Manage agreed upon metrics to support consistentexecution and program reporting requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze company-wide operations,including performance and productivity data, error rates and their root causes.

  • Interpret results using a varietyof techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis tocomplex data mining independently.

  • Analyze reports to identifyoperational issues throughout all departments.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses onvarious departments and branches

  • Design, develop, implement andmaintain business solutions and recommendations to improve performance.

  • Manage operational processimprovement projects.

  • Maintain and publish standardreports for executive operations.

  • Maintain databases and developweekly / monthly metrics reports.

  • Prepare and deliver insights andrecommendations based on analyses

  • Facilitate proposals andestimates

  • Foster relationships acrossprograms and programs

  • Attend proposal or estimatingmeetings

  • Prepare proposal information forreview

  • Work with programs to supportscope specifications and requirements as it relates to ISC and prepare andinputs project schedules

  • Understand appropriate companyand industry best practices and/or historical data to support proposalestimating

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in ManufacturingEngineering, Industrial Engineering, or Technical Degree

  • 3-5 years’ experience in anoperation environment

  • Advanced project managementskills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to read, understand andorganize contractual requirements

  • Strong organizational andproblem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently andwith minimal structure while exercising great judgment

  • Strong Ability to multitask,prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines

  • Advanced knowledge in MicrosoftOffice (Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, Outlook) and database software
