Job Summary:

A Sr IPT Program Rep ensuresthat program reviews data is submitted timely; SharePoint networkadministrator; andprovides administrativeassistance to the SSC team members in the absence of the ExecutiveAdministrative Assistant.


  • Primary focal point forprogram review data coordination and assist with reports preparations andpresentations in support of periodic reviews for management and the customer.

  • Assist SSC team members inascertaining the proper cost control accounts or work order codes viaSharePoint.

  • Serve as SharePointAdministrator and perform administrative functions such as manage permissions,groups, user profiles; use lists, modify views, create subsites, etc.

  • Compose and preparecorrespondence/notes from a variety of informational sources; follow up onwritten correspondence and telephone inquiries; maintains a wide variety ofimportant and confidential or proprietary files.

  • Independently investigateassigned tasks; must be able to operate personal computers to prepare varioustypes of correspondence, documents, reports and presentations.

  • Review and editcorrespondence, reports, presentations or data as required.

  • Coordinates and manages thecalendar for team members, plans meetings/conferences and travel arrangements.

  • Input, maintain or retrievedata from various databases as needed.

  • Prepare travel expenseaccounts via Concur for submittal to Accounting with supporting receipts.

  • Assemble, analyze andprocess program documents requiring specific knowledge of company policies andprocedures.

  • Receive visitors, makescontacts and appropriate arrangements.

  • Anticipate administrativebusiness needs and takes appropriate action without being asked or requested,involving travel, expense reports, meetings, distribution of material, filing,etc.

  • Coordinate events withother departments/organizations within Textron and external organizations asrequired.

  • Assist and serve as back-upto Executive Administrative Assistant as required.

  • Perform other duties asassigned by management.



Technicaltraining or certification, or Associates Degree preferred.

Position Requirements:

  • Four (4) plus years ofrelated experience working as an administrative assistant or equivalentexperience.

  • Operate videoteleconference equipment/systems.

  • Ability to interacteffectively and efficiently with management, peers and customers.

  • Excellentcommunications (oral and written) skills.

  • Working knowledge ofSharePoint.

  • Demonstrated proficiencywith Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio andPowerPoint.

  • Good analytical skills andattention to detail.
