JobSummary

The HRRepresentative is part of a high energy team transforming HR service deliveryfor the company. You will play a vitalrole as we deliver exceptional customer service to employees and HR BusinessPartners with the objective of first touch resolution for HR administration anddata entry processing.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizingthe latest technology (i.e. omnichannel communication capabilities for talk,chat, and text capability) provide excellent customer service in response to employeeand HRBP inquiries related to HR administration and employee data management

  • Providenavigation support and assistance with employee and HRBP self-service tools

  • Provideeducation and guidance to HRBPs regarding enterprise policies and procedures

  • Identifyinquiry and escalation trends

  • Recommendsolutions utilizing technology such as Chatbot (artificial intelligence),improving knowledge base and identifying training opportunities to enhancefirst touch resolution

  • Process PeopleSoftdata entry following HR Shared Services standards

  • Ensureadherence to service levels and service deliver standards

  • Providerecommendations or suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes,procedures, and technologies

  • Audit dataand processes for completeness and accuracy and provide education and guidance toHRBPs on data integrity and employee data management as needed

  • Assist increating knowledge base articles, video’s and training solutions to commontrends

  • Performother duties and special projects as assigned

  • Protect andmaintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limitedto, personal and compensation information about employees

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), additional languagesFrench and Spanish a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in PC & Microsoft Office

  • Ability to toggle between multiple software programs

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-pacedenvironment
