Attendant, Line Service - Sacramento, California
Performa variety of line service activities for Company and Customer owned aircraftand general Service Center facilities maintenance.
I.Works from shoporders, squawk sheets, oral and written instructions to perform the followingprimary line service duties:
a.Maintains, watches and meets aircraft on taxiramp.Tows, parks and secures aircraftat various ramp and hangar locations. As required, inventory and store personalcontents.
b.Washes, cleans, polishes and/or waxes exterior;cleans and service interior of aircraft.
c.Defuels and fuels aircraft. Completes fuel usageforms and records.
d.Positions and operates group power and other aircraftservice units.
II.Picks up,transports and delivers personnel, parts, tools, supplies and equipment to theAir Transportation Department.
III.Performs generalcleaning of ramps and service facilities. As required, moves equipment,furniture, storage bins, etc.
IV.Maintainsassigned service equipment and transportation vehicles. Performs cleaning androutine maintenance checks.
V.Observes andcomplies with all safety rules and procedures.
High school or equivalent required
Requires ability to read shop orders, use basic mathematics,and maintain required records and forms.
Must maintain currentdriver’s license.
Up to one year experienceperforming line service duties such as fueling and cleansing aircraft.
Somewhat disagreeable due to exposure to noise and weatherelements.
