Product Support Pilot (Co-Pilot) (Various Location)



This position will be in support Textron Aviation’s AOG aerial response program. It will require the ability to respond quickly to customer support requests by planning and executing flights for the transportation of company technicians, parts, and customers in a safe and efficient manner.


I.Provide a high level of customer service and care throughout operations

II.Provide support to the organization as a PIC or SIC as assigned

III.Plan and execute pilot activities in a professional manner, ensuring safety is maintained throughout the process through quality decisions

IV.Maintain current knowledge of applicable flight regulations, aircraft limitations, normal and emergency procedures, and company policies

V.Conduct planning, briefings and flight duties in accordance with company SOP, and following FAA/ICAO regulations

VI.Support and participate in the company’s SMS program, in a team environment interacting with dispatchers, other pilots, and product support personnel.

VII.Must have the ability and willingness to work a varied schedule, to include periods of on-call and ready standby.



  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Aviation, Aviation Management, or related field

  • FAA Commercial or Restricted Airline Transport Pilot License

  • FAA First Class medical certificate

  • Preferred Experience

o1500 Total Fixed Wing flight hours

o500 Multi-Engine Fixed-Wing hours

  • HS-125 Type Rating and operational experience

  • FAR Part 135 experience


  • Must be able to obtain US Passport with no restrictions on international travel

  • Requires solid interpersonal, communication, and organization skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast past environment

  • Strong decision-making ability in the Aviation environment
